Registration & Cancellation Policies:

Students must Register for courses no later than 48 hours before scheduled class begins or before a requested private session. students are responsible for reading the terms of enrollment for the course they select as to ensure eligibility. All purchases are non-refundable, if a purchaser registers for a course they are not eligible for or are unable to attend, their registration will be valid for no more than 120 days from receipt of payment to be used by the purchaser or gifted to an eligible student as authorized by the purchaseR in writing; after 120 days from date of purchase, all unused registration purchases are forfeit by the purchaser.

Terms of Enrollment:

Any person prohibited by law to handle or possess firearms are prohibited from attending any courses offered by MTT. some courses require the registered student to bring personally-owned equipment for use in the course, if a purchaser arrives for class without required equipment they may be offered an option to rent or purchase the needed equipment, but may also be required to reschedule for a later date. safe conduct and behavior in any class involving firearms must be maintained to the satisfaction of mtt representatives at all times. depending on the severity of the safety violation, failure to maintain safe conduct may result in the purchaser being given a verbal warning, be required to pay for additional training time, or be ejected from class without opportunity to reschedule.

FACILITIES:

Classroom instruction is a "DRY" environment, which means there is absolutely no live ammunition permitted in the classroom; bringing live ammunition into class is considered a safety violation. registered students are required to sign a waiver to begin training and another waiver for use of the firing Range in order to participate.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Registered student's are responsible for their own health and safety, if a registered student has legally recognized impairments that prohibit their access to or possession of firearms, have been advised/ordered by a legal guardian or authorized medical professional not to participate in firearms training, or believe themselves to be mentally or physically unfit to PARTICIPATE in firearms training; such registered students are prohibited from attending mtt courses.
