Course Objective: Establish or expand on a solid foundation of safety and marksmanship with a Handgun.

Description: 4 hour shooter development course, this course is a prerequisite for Advanced Handgun.

Training Provided:

  • Handgun Familiarization

  • Dry Fire Drills

  • Live Fire Isolation Drills

  • Live Fire Practical Drills

Required Equipment:

  • PPE (Eye Protection, Ear Protection, Brimmed-Hat)

  • Handgun + 250 rounds (Rental Available)

  • Carry Holster (Optional)

This training is conducted outdoors; you will need to bring supplies and dress appropriately for prevailing weather conditions.

This course is specifically focused on developing and refining a shooters skill with a handgun and does NOT result in the required certification to apply for a Florida Concealed Weapons Permit.
